Dr. Milligan currently serves as the Head Team Physician and Medical Director for UNLV Athletics.  He completed his sports medicine fellowship at the University of Nevada School of Medicine - Las Vegas. Dr. Milligan is Board-Certified in Family Medicine, he holds a CAQ in Sports Medicine and has completed the UNC-Chapel Hill Family Medicine Faculty Development Fellowship.
